This page is about sharing the websites of people and organizations that have been instrumental in helping me to stay upright, if you will, since Tommy's death. Keep in mind that is a figurative statement, falling is part of the deal with adventure riding.
Please take a moment to check them out. You won't be sorry. They are the real deal.

Jim Ford and his Riders Workshop. http://www.ridersworkshop.com Jim is extremely intuitive, professional, skilled, and fun. And he knows where the good restaurants are!
Jim Hyde and his great crew at RawHyde Adventures. http://www.rawhyde-offroad.com Everyone I met in California is amazing but special shout out to my coaches/tour guides: Shawn Thomas (Rock On - http://www.stromoto.com, Joe Abramo, Hawk Wight, and Devin Savoie. Audrey will answer any of your questions and make sure you have everything you need. You won't want for good food or adult beverages ( after riding, of course) thanks to chef Julia and the Dakar Bar.
Kyle McGill, Todd, and Drew at Battley Cycles. http://www.battley.com Wouldn't have gotten started without these guys.
Kurt For'get at Black Dog Cycle Works. http://www.blackdogcw.com Met him at Rawhyde, on his way to Baja. Really genuine man --- his skidplate and LED lights ( great for being seen) are on my list for next year.
Annie Tremper was a friend of a friend. I am proud to now call her my friend. She made some of her wonderful memorial seed balls for me to give away to my supporters. http://www.facebook.com/eternityblooms
I first saw this sticker in a BMW ON Magazine. What a great idea. I had been looking for something to help with motorcycle awareness and this jumped out. Not only have I put one on my helmet, my bike, 2 on my car, 2 on my husband's car and one on his Ural; I've purchased some of the stickers and will be handing them out on my trip across the country. http://www.m4motorcycles.com/site2/index.php/its-about-safety
One Legacy - saving lives through organ, eye & tissue donation. Tommy was able to donate his eyes and tissue. He wasn't able to donate his organs, because I wanted to see him whole. I couldn't get to California in time for his organs to be harvested. If I had it to do over again, I would have let them take his organs right away. At the time, I was in shock and I didn't understand the procedure and time constraints, which is why I'm sharing this info.
One Legacy has an amazing Family aftercare staff. Can't say enough about how much they have helped
me in dealing with the loss of my son. http://www.onelegacy.org
